I think every girl (or guy) needs a good black eye pencil. I particularly love the M.A.C feline kohl power eye pencil. The depth and richness of the black tone are brilliant. It is long lasting and the pigment is very strong so you can create defined looks very easily. This product will blend very well and gives you enough time to do so before it sets so you can create smoky eyes or flicks with this product.
